At The Studio, every appointment is intentionally reserved—just for you. Our policies are designed to protect your time, our stylists’ time, and the elevated experience we strive to offer each guest. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us create a respectful and seamless environment for all.

APPOINTMENTS:
To secure your appointment, we require a valid card on file. Some services may also require a non-refundable retainer, which will be collected at the time of booking. This helps us ensure your time is protected and allows us to prepare thoughtfully for your visit.
We accept Visa and Mastercard ONLY.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Life happens—we completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.

• Appointments changed or canceled within 72 to 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

• For appointments requiring a non-refundable retainer, the retainer will be forfeited if canceled within 72 hours of your appointment time.

We’re always happy to assist with schedule changes—just reach out by phone, text, or email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

LATE POLICY:
To honor each guest’s experience, we run on a tight schedule. If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted—or in some cases, rescheduled—depending on availability. We always do our best to accommodate without compromising the quality of your service or others’.

SERVICE GUARANTEE:

We stand behind the work we do, and your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, please let us know during your appointment or within 48 hours. We offer a one-week window for complimentary service adjustments.
